I went to Cititel hotel today to attend a thanks giving ceremony by legency ( insurance agency which MX working for)........ I had my whole night there from 6 to 11pm......it was a great night as I get to listen to life experience from those agents and difficulties they faced while they first stepped into the society.........Some of them were not supported by their parents at the beginning when they started their "journey" to be an insurance agent......Some of them appreciated helps and supports from friends or even strangers.....there was a very touching scene, everybody is crying, hugging with their '贵人' and lastly I get to know d difficulties of starting a business.....The manager was having a hard time when he started this group, by getting helps from " 贵人" he managed to continue this group and he is driving Camry now...!!! haha!!....
there is a idiom from chinese " you'll get a tree if u planted tree , you will get melon if you planted melon"
it is basically means you will success if you work hard, what you plant is what you get.........
